BECKLEY – A site supervisor alleges he was not paid for work he performed on two properties in Beaver.

Kevin Kinzer filed a complaint in Raleigh Circuit Court against Bromont Developments LLC alleging that the building contractor failed to perform its obligations under the agreement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he provided site supervision services for the maintenance and management of certain structures being built by defendant, particularly the Beaver Shopping Center and the United States Post Office in Beaver. He alleges he is still owed by the defendant for the work.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in the amount of $27,500, plus costs and such other general relief that the court may deem appropriate. He is represented by Christopher M. Davis of Wooton, Davis, Hussell & Ellis PLLC in Beckley. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Robert A. Burnside Jr.
