Radon Medical Imaging Corp. alleged to owe more than $27,000 for equipment

HUNTINGTON – A medical equipment company alleges a Cabell County business failed to pay for delivered equipment.

Alpha Source Inc. filed a complaint Jan. 2 in Cabell Circuit Court against Radon Medical Imaging Corp., doing business as Radon Medical Imaging, alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in June 2016, it sold and delivered certain medical equipment to the defendant in the amount of $27,139.63. As of the filing of this complaint, the said amount allegedly remains due and unpaid.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $27,139.63, plus interest, litigation costs and all further relief as the court deems appropriate. It is represented by Ryan S. Marsteller of Bailes Craig & Yon PLLC in Huntington. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Alfred E. Ferguson.
