Unique Concrete Flooring and Overlays alleged to owe more than $45,000 for supplies

BECKLEY – A Raleigh County company is alleged to have failed to pay for ordered supplies.

The Sherwin-Williams Co. filed a complaint Jan. 17 in Raleigh Circuit Court against Unique Concrete Flooring and Overlays LLC and Randy Martin alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between April and May 2017, plaintiff provided various items to defendants on credit and on cash on delivery. The suit states Unique presented four checks to the plaintiff in May 2017 for its purchases but all four checks bounced.

To date, the plaintiff alleges the sum of $47,288.68 remains outstanding and due. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants, jointly and severally, in the amount of $47,288.68, plus interest and any further relief that the court may deem appropriate. He is represented by Ryan S. Marsteller of Bailes Craig & Yon PLLC in Huntington. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Andrew Dimlich.
