Construction Services alleges Makor K9 owes more than $26,000

BECKLEY – A Raleigh County business is seeking to enforce a mechanic's lien it filed against another business and individual.

Construction Services LLC filed a complaint Feb. 15 in Raleigh Circuit Court against Makor K9 of WV LLC and Jere Rispoli seeking enforcement of a mechanic's lien.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff was hired by the defendants to construct a pump house and on Aug. 23, 2017, it filed a mechanic's lien in the amount of $26,768.

The plaintiff holds Makor K9 of WV LLC and Rispoli responsible because the defendants allegedly failed and refused to make payments for the said amount.

The plaintiff seeks damages in the sum of $26,768, plus interest, costs, attorney's fees and any further relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Anthony J. Sparacino Jr. in Beckley. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Robert A. Burnside Jr.
