Prestera Center allegedly owes more than $20,000 for goods

HUNTINGTON – A Huntington corporation is alleged to have failed to pay for goods it purchased on credit.

Laboratory Corp. of America filed a complaint in Cabell Circuit Court against Prestera Center for Mental Health Services Inc. alleging unjust enrichment

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the plaintiff provided laboratory goods and services to defendant on an open account basis. To date, the amount of $23,379.52 allegedly remains due and unpaid by the defendant. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $23,379.52, plus interest, costs and all proper relief to which it is entitled. It is represented by James P. Tomasik of Reisenfeld & Associates LPA LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Christopher D. Chiles.
