Ohio interior design company alleges Charleston business owes $24,000

CHARLESTON — An Ohio company is suing a Charleston health care design firm, alleging it owes more than $24,000 for breach of contract.

Innerspace Interior Design LLC of Columbus filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Kreps and Zachwieja Architects/Consultants Inc., alleging failure to perform its contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, Innerspace provided services to Kreps and Zachweija on credit. To date, the suit says, the amount of $24,107.98 remains payable. 

The plaintiff alleges Kreps and Zachwieja Architects/Consultants has failed and refuses to make payments for the said amount.

Innerspace Interior Design seeks trial by jury, judgment of $24,107.98, plus interest of 4.5 percent from the date of entry of judgment until fully paid, costs of action and all further just relief. It is represented by attorney Jarred P. Roth of Burton Neil & Associates PC in Mineral Wells.
