Canon Financial Services Inc. of Mount Laurel, New Jersey, filed a complaint April 17 in Cabell Circuit Court against Huntington Apartments Associates LP, doing business as Adams Landing, alleging failure to perform its contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, Canon Financial provided good, funds or services to Adams Landing in the amount of $11,838.59. To date, the suit says, the amount remains due and owing.

The plaintiff alleges despite agreeing to repay the said amount, Adams Landing has failed to do so.
