Service Pump & Supply alleges Louisiana company owes more than $100,000 for power generators

HUNTINGTON – A Huntington company alleges a Louisiana business failed to pay in full for the rental of power generators.

Service Pump & Supply Co. Inc. filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia against Sun Industries LLC alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it contracted with the defendant in September 2017 for the rental of 24 power generators for $139,104. The plaintiff alleges the defendant made a down payment of $35,000 but failed to fulfill its obligations under the contract.

The plaintiff seeks an amount of $104,104 plus interest and costs and/or any other relief available under West Virginia law. It is represented by Clayton J. Maddox and Paul T. Farrell Jr. of Greene, Ketchum, Farrell, Bailey & Tweel in Huntington.
