BECKLEY — A laboratory equipment supplier is suing a Crab Orchard laboratory, alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
Preiser Scientific filed a complaint in the Raleigh Circuit Court against Analabs Inc., alleging it owes a principal amount of $27,018.59 for the goods ordered and received from the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, on Feb. 7, Presier Scientific sold goods to Analabs but has not received payment for the transaction.
The plaintiff alleges Analabs has received and accepted the goods provided by Preiser and is aware of the money it owes as evidenced by the invoice.
Preiser Scientific seeks judgment for $27,018.59, plus the accruing interest at the statutory rate of 7 per year per year from March 7, cost of suit and all other just relief. It is represented by attorney John R. Keating of Amato Keating and Lessa PC in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
