Heating business alleges business customer owes $9,000

CHARLESTON — A South Charleston refrigeration contractor is suing a Scott Depot investment company, alleging it owes more than $9,000 for unpaid service.

AMZ Heating, Cooling, & Refrigeration LLC filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Swarthmore Capital LLC, alleging failure to pay for services provided by the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, AMZ Heating has not received the defendant's payment of $9,010.54 as of the date of filing thecomplaint. 

AMZ Heating, Cooling, & Refrigeration seeks trial by jury, damages of $9,010.54, pre- and post-judgment interests, late charges, attorney fees, collection fees and all costs incurred in the case. It is represented by attorney Clinton W. Smith of Charleston.
