Weber Development alleged to owe more than $160,000 for loan

BECKLEY – A Raleigh County bank alleges that a limited liability company defaulted on a loan.

Summit Community Bank filed a complaint in Raleigh Circuit Court against Weber Development LLC and Andrew Weber alleging failure to pay.

The suit states that Weber Development was given a promissory note for the balance of $163,416.76 by the plaintiff in July 2017 that was guaranteed by Weber. The defendants allegedly have failed to pay off the note and now owe $170,106.92 to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by A. David Abrams Jr. of Abrams & Byron in Beckley.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Robert A. Burnside Jr.
