Premier Bank alleges Allmon Construction Management failed to pay note

CHARLESTON – A bank alleges a West Virginia corporation and its guarantees failed to pay a promissory note.

Premier Bank Inc. filed a complaint June 6 in Kanawha Circuit Court against Allmon Construction Management Co., Gary D. Allmon and Gary D. Allmon II alleging failure to pay.

The suit states in June 2017, Allmon Construction executed a promissory note for $25,000. The plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to pay the note and currently owe $26,664.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Raymond G. Dodson in Charleston.

The case has been assigned to Judge Charles King.
