ABC Supply claims Charleston roofer owes more than $7,000

CHARLESTON – ABC Supply has filed suit against a Charleston roofer over allegations he owes more them more than $7,000 for supplies purchased in 2017.

ABC Supply Co. Inc. filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Robert Bowles, also known as Bobby Bowles and trading and doing business as Precision Roofing Systems, alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment. 

Bowles entered into a credit agreement with ABC on July 19, 2017, to purchase supplies, according to the complaint. ABC alleges Bowles has yet to pay for the merchandise that amounts to $7,318 plus interest. 

ABC seeks monetary relief of $7,318 plus accruing interest, $1,097.70 in attorney's fees and all other just relief. It is represented by John Keating of The Amato and Keating Law Firm PC in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. 

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Tod Kaufman.
