Steptoe & Johnson PLLC is pleased to announce that the firm has achieved Mansfield Certification from Diversity Lab for 2023-24. This marks the third year that the firm has been Mansfield Rule certified.

The Mansfield Rule Certification measures the structural changes and steps law firms have taken over the past year to increase diversity and broaden the paths to leadership – through lateral hiring, client pitch teams, promotions, appointments, and more – to ensure those opportunities are open and transparent to all qualified lawyers. The current certification process evaluates and measures whether law firms and legal departments are including historically underrepresented groups such as women lawyers, racially and ethnically diverse lawyers, LGBTQ+ lawyers, and lawyers with disabilities for leadership roles and career advancement opportunities.
