Jackson Kelly PLLC is excited to announce that Seth Backus, Jenna Fonner, Caroline Massie, Taylor Ours, and Raquel Vélez-Davis have been officially admitted to the West Virginia State Bar. 

• Backus is an Associate in the Transactional Practice group, focusing primarily on Business Law and Real Estate. He practices out of the Firm's office in Morgantown, West Virginia.
• Fonner is an Associate in the Litigation Practice group. focusing primarily on general litigation. She practices out of the Firm's office in Charleston, West Virginia.
• Massie is an Associate in the Litigation Practice group, focusing primarily on general litigation. She practices out of the Firm's Charleston, West Virginia office. 
• Ours is an Associate in the Litigation Practice group, focusing primarily on general litigation. She practices out of the Firm's office in Morgantown, West Virginia.
• Vélez-Davis is an Associate in the Litigation Practice group, focusing primarily on general litigation. She practices out of the Firm's office in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Backus, Fonner, Ours, and Vélez-Davis are all West Virginia University College of Law graduates, while Massie is a graduate of the Washington and Lee University School of Law.
