Two West Virginia Law faculty members have been published on the Oxford Human Rights Hub Blog (OxHRH Blog) recently. Dr. Anne Marie Lofaso, a professor at the West Virginia University College of Law, wrote an article for the blog evaluating the National Labor Relations Board’s (NLRB) unanimous decision to dismiss college football players’ petition for union representation. West Virginia families who have opened their homes and expanded their families by adopting children came out to celebrate National Adoption Month. Joining the celebration was Judge Gary Johnson, Chairman of the Supreme Court’s Court Improvement Program Oversight Board (CIP) since 2001, who gave a speech at the Adoption Day ceremony on Nov. 21, in South Charleston.
