    CHARLESTON – A couple is suing KC Transport after they claim it is operating an unlawful coal trucking route that is a nuisance. Hampden Coal LLC; Blackhawk Mining WV LLC; and Gary Corns were also named as defendants in the suit.     CHARLESTON – The City of Charleston is suing Ohio Valley Spray Foam after it claims its roofing systems are defective.     HUNTINGTON – A lawsuit against Wal-Mart Stores Inc. for injuries sustained in a parking lot has been removed to federal court. The notice of removal states that the plaintiffs and the defendant are citizens of different states and, although the plaintiffs did not specifically please an amount of damages, it is "facially apparent" from the complaint that the plaintiffs seek damages in excess of $75,000, according to the Nov. 9 notice of removal, which was filed in the U.S.

    HUNTINGTON – A man is suing the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs after he claims his wife was injured and later died as a result of those injuries she sustained.     HUNTINGTON – A lawsuit alleging property damage against Cabot Oil & Gas has been removed to federal court. The notice of removal was filed Oct. 19, claiming that the plaintiff and defendant are citizens of different states and the amount in controversy exceeds $75,000.
