CHARLESTON -- The law firm of Spilman Thomas & Battle is pleased to welcome back Kelly B. Griffith as an Associate.
Griffith's primary area of practice is litigation. Griffith received her B.S. in Natural Resource Conservation and Management from the University of Kentucky, magna cum laude, in 2001. She received her J.D., cum laude, in 2004 from Georgetown University Law Center.
Griffith was with the firm from 2004 to 2007. She left for a brief period as an attorney with the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection.
