PERSONNEL FILE: Jackson Kelly Mining Practice ranked in first-tier

CHARLESTON -– Jackson Kelly was ranked in the first-tier of the 2010 Best Law Firms rankings released by U.S. News Media Group and Best Lawyers.

Of particular note, the firm's mining practice was one of only six firms ranked in the first-tier nationwide, and the only West Virginia-based firm to achieve that distinction.

These inaugural rankings, which are presented in tiers both nationally and by metropolitan area or by state, showcase 8,782 different law firms ranked in one or more of 81 major practice areas.
