CHARLESTON - A Pittsburgh man has filed an asbestos suit against 136 companies, claiming the companies contributed to his lung diseases.
Wayne man says he was fired for missing doctor's appointment
HUNTINGTON -- A Wayne County man has filed suit against Steel of West Virginia, alleging he was wrongfully fired after he did not attend a doctor's appointment the company had scheduled for him.
Putnam man awarded nearly $2.5 million for accident injuries
