NEW CUMBERLAND – A circuit court judge has denied the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston's motion to reconsider his order from last month refusing dismiss a lawsuit by a Virginia man who alleges a priest with a history of such offenses sexually assaulted him when he was an altar boy growing up in the Northern Panhandle.
