Consumer alleges Walkers Auto Sales failed to pay him for Subaru he sold

FAYETTEVILLE – A consumer alleges a Springdale auto dealer failed to pay him for a car he sold to it.

Daniel S. Barnett filed suit against Keith Walker, individually and doing business as Walkers Auto Sales, in Fayette Circuit Court over allegations of breach of contract.

Barnett owned a 2008 Subaru vehicle and on Dec. 4, 2017, he alleges he delivered the vehicle to Walkers Auto Sales for sale and the defendant took possession of the vehicle. He alleges on our about the same day, an employee or agent of the defendant took the keys to the Subaru and drove it off the lot. He alleges he has not received any money for the vehicle.

Barnett is seeking compensatory and punitive damages. He is represented by Henry E. Wood III of Wood Law Office in Charleston.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Paul M. Blake Jr.
