TerraQuip Construction Products failed to pay for more than $13,000 in goods, Kansas company claims

CHARLESTON – A Kansas manufacturing company alleges that they have not been paid for goods delivered to a Cross Lanes company.

Harlan Global Manufacturing LLC filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against TerraQuip Construction Products Inc.

The suit states that the plaintiff delivered $13,599.90 of goods and services to the defendant. It alleges the defendant has not repaid the amount.

The plaintiff is seeking the amount due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Clinton W. Smith in Charleston.

The case has been assigned to Judge Tera Salango.
