Premier Bank alleges Kanawha County man owes more than $90,000 on note

CHARLESTON – A bank alleges a Kanawha County man has defaulted on a promissory note.

Premier Bank Inc. filed a complaint in Kanawha County Circuit Court against Bret D. Nida.

The suit states that the plaintiff issued the defendant a promissory note in 2015 for $211,500 that was secured by a Charleston property. The suit states the plaintiff foreclosed on the note in March and a balance of $92,827.54 remains.

The plaintiff is seeking the balance due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Raymond G. Dodson in Charleston.

The case has been assigned to Judge Carrie Webster.
