PRINCETON – A Mercer County woman is suing a company after one of its employees rear-ended her vehicle at an intersection in the county.
Tina Beckner filed a complaint in Mercer Circuit Court against Kings Tire Services Inc. alleging negligence.
The suit states that the plaintiff was stopped in her vehicle on July 18, 2017, at the intersection of U.S. Route 460 and Rainbow Road. She alleges Isaac, who was operating a vehicle owned by King Tire, rear-ended her vehicle without warning and caused her to sustain injuries.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Ryan J. Flanigan of Flanigan Law Office in Princeton.
The case has been assigned to Judge William Sadler.
