Viking Building Supply of West Virginia allegedly owes more than $50,000 for materials

CHARLESTON – A New Jersey supplies company is suing South Charleston company alleging that it was not paid for materials it purchased.

ABC Supply Co. Inc. filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Viking Building Supply of West Virginia LLC and Joshua Rennie alleging failure to pay.

The suit states that the plaintiff and defendants signed a promissory note in March and have defaulted under the terms of the note. The plaintiff alleges the defendants owe $57,007.39 for materials they purchased.

The plaintiff is seeking $57,007.39, interest, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Scott Stinnett of Lloyd & McDaniel PLC in Louisville, Kentucky.

The case has been assigned to Judge Tera Salango.
