Netranom Communications alleges Charleston auto dealer failed to pay for IT services

WINFIELD — A Hurricane communications company is suing a Charleston auto company over allegations it failed to pay for services.

Netranom Communications Inc. filed a complaint in Putnam Circuit Court against Affordable Pre-Owned Auto LLC alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

The suit states that the defendant and plaintiff entered into an agreement in 2017 which the plaintiff was to provide IT services to the defendant. The plaintiff alleges the defendant has failed to pay the required monthly payments despite receiving the agreed-upon services and is now seeking all sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking compensatory damages, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by Eric S. Embree of Tyree, Embree & Associates PLLC in Hurricane.

The case has been assigned to Judge Joseph Reeder.
