HUNTINGTON — A Huntington woman is suing another driver alleging that she was injured in an auto collision due to his negligence.
Brandi Alexander filed a complaint in Cabell Circuit Court against Alan J. Smith Jr. alleging negligence.
The suit states that the plaintiff was driving a 2015 Mercedes Benz 4Matic on Guyan River Road in Barboursville on July 12 when the defendant struck her vehicle with a 2014 Ford F150. The plaintiff alleges she was injured in the collision.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Matthew R. Oliver, Jason A. Leasure and R. Matthew Vital of Vital & Vital LC in Huntington.
The case has been assigned to Judge Alfred Ferguson.
