FAYETTEVILLE – A Fayette County woman is suing the county school board after she says she was injured at a Fayetteville High School football game.
BECKLEY – A Raleigh County man says he was wrongfully discharged as CEO of the New River Travel Council.
FOLEY SQUARE, N.Y. – A federal lawsuit has been filed in New York alleging Developer William Abruzzino is personally responsible for nearly $19 million in a defaulting hotel in Morgantown.
