PRINCETON – A Monroe County woman says she was injured after slipping on a grape tomato at Walmart. Brenda Elaine Huffman of Peterstown filed her complaint Aug. 4 in Mercer Circuit Court. The incident occurred May 2, according to the complaint. Huffman says she was shopping at Walmart in Princeton when she slipped on the grape tomato on the floor in the deli area of the store.
PINEVILLE—A Wyoming County couple is suing a Chevrolet dealership and an insurance firm, alleging breach of contract in two vehicle insurance purchases for which the couple says they are entitled to benefits.
CHARLESTON – A Charleston woman is suing Princess Nails & Spa after she claims her daughter suffered an infection due to a manicure performed at the salon. Cuong Khac Nghi was also named as a defendant in the suit.
