Stotler named 23rd Circuit Family Court Judge
CHARLESTON -- Acting Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin has announced the appointment of Glen Stotler as Family Court Judge to fill the judicial vacancy in the Twenty-Third Family Court Circuit (Morgan, Hampshire and Mineral Counties). The appointment is effective immediately. -

GLEN DALE -– West Virginia Supreme Court Justices is mourning the loss of former Second Judicial Circuit Judge John Thomas Madden of Moundsville, who died Sunday, March 20, at home. He was 78. -
