Couple sues podiatrist after woman's surgery

CHARLESTON - A Kanawha County couple has filed a suit against a local physician claiming surgery he performed caused further injury.

65 companies named in asbestos suit

CHARLESTON - Sixty-five companies were named as defendants in an asbestos suit filed Feb. 6 in Kanawha Circuit Court. Six of the companies are doing business in Kanawha County.
