On July 7, 2013 Judith Ann Slate was a customer at Kroger when she fell and became injured, according to a complaint filed April 27 in Kanawha Circuit Court. Slate claims the defendant was negligent in maintaining its facility and failed to maintain a safe environment for all customers.
