HUNTINGTON – A woman has cited a temperature-sensitive transportation services company and one of its employees for injuries she sustained in a 2013 car accident in Huntington.

BECKLEY -- A Raleigh County man is suing the driver the driver of the vehicle he was a passenger in, an employee of the city of Oak Hill and the city itself, alleging negligence in a collision that resulted in permanent physical injuries.
PHILLIPPI – A Preston County man is suing a jail correction facility and four of its officers, alleging they deprived him of his civil rights during an incident while he was incarcerated.

CHARLESTON– A Fayette County woman is suing Kmart over alleged injuries she sustained after falling at one of its stores. Amanda Crow filed a lawsuit in Kanawha Circuit Court against SHC Promotions LLC, doing business as Kmart Corp., citing negligence and breach of duty.
