CHARLESTON – Nationwide Property & Casualty has filed two lawsuits against West Virginia American Water alleging the water company was negligent and caused two of its insured loss of business.
ROMNEY – A Hampshire County woman filed a lawsuit against a major American home improvement retailer and a Berkeley County contractor for alleged breach of a 2007 agreement.
WHEELING – This week's fatal carbon monoxide poisoning at a South Charleston hotel isn't the first time the issue has been in the news in West Virginia.
