Miller CHARLESTON -- One West Virginia delegate says he hopes both a proposed constitutional amendment and bill that would make it illegal for the government to require residents to buy health insurance will get more traction this legislative session -- maybe enough to force Attorney General Darrell McGraw to take action.
CHARLESTON –- The Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission has received seven applications for the vacancy in the Third Judicial Circuit, which services Ritchie, Doddridge and Pleasants counties.

HUNTINGTON -— Huddleston Bolen has announced that a total of 15 of the firm's lawyers were recognized in the 2010 Edition of West Virginia Super Lawyers.

CHARLESTON -- Friday, July 2, has been declared a legal holiday for all West Virginia judicial system employees, according to a memo issued Wednesday by Supreme Court Administrative Director Steve Canterbury.
