CHARLESTON – The Judicial Investigation Commission has issued a public admonishment for Judge Eric H. O’Briant, saying he “should know better” for allowing a paralegal to handle cases in magistrate court without a license.

Yeager, Triad partially settle landslide suit for $900,000

CHARLESTON – Yeager Airport and Triad Engineering have entered into a settlement in a lawsuit involving the 2015 landslide and hill collapse. The partial settlement was for $900,000, according to Yeager’s Resolution Committee. The settlement releases the officers and their company assets from any claims that the airport has against them.
