HUNTINGTON — A Kentucky woman is suing a Cabell County medical facility operator, alleging insufficient measures were taken to prevent injuries and death.
CHARLESTON –A lawsuit was filed against West Virginia Regional Jail & Correctional Facility Authority by Cabell Huntington Hospital for its failure to pay a hospital bill for an inmate.
HUNTINGTON – A Cabell County woman alleges she had to be admitted to a hospital's intensive care unit after given an excessive dose of insulin by staff.
CHARLESTON – Oral arguments were to be heard today at the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals in two cases involving the merger between Cabell Huntington Hospital and St. Mary’s Medical Center. In the hours before court began, the parties in the cases asked for dismissal of the cases.
HUNTINGTON – A lawsuit was filed over a crash off of Interstate 64 where a vehicle fell approximately 100 feet over a bridge and the driver of the vehicle was killed.

LOGAN – A Logan County woman claims that a debt collector wrongfully disclosed an alleged debt to a third party in an effort to coerce payment from her.
