Goodwin denies Metro 911's request to intervene in drug testing case
Goodwin CHARLESTON – U.S. District Judge Joseph R. Goodwin has rejected Metro 911's motion to intervene in a random drug testing suit the state's American Federation of Teachers union filed against the Kanawha County school board.
