THEIR VIEW: A message of thanks for a strong Head Start

WASHINGTON -- I recently received the most touching gift – a framed picture from the West Virginia Head Start Association of little ones dressed up as what they want to be when they grow up. With their photos scattered on the branches of a hand-painted tree, these tiny doctors, teachers, mommies, and firefighters simply beamed with hope and aspiration.

All Good security firm wants dismissed from lawsuit

CLARKSBURG -- A company that provided security for West Virginia's All Good Music Festival is asking a federal court to dismiss a lawsuit against it, saying it wasn't responsible for an accident that killed a South Carolina woman at the annual event this summer.
