BECKLEY -- A woman is suing a gas station/convenience store where she was allegedly injured after stepping in a pothole by a gas pump. Deborah Baker filed a complaint on June 26 in Raleigh County Circuit Court against Little General Store Inc. On June 9, 2015, Baker's original complaint was dismissed because she didn't file it within 120 days.
