WHEELING – An individual and two Ohio County companies are seeking damages from Intuit over claims that Intuit failed to process direct deposit transactions in a timely manner.
BECKLEY – Progressive Classic Insurance Co. is asking Raleigh Circuit Court to resolve that it is not responsible in a claim involving a Beckley driver and a local auto dealership.

Third District Congressman Evan Jenkins released a statement June 4 announcing the reverse.
