RIPLEY – A Jackson County woman claims a car dealer knowingly sold her a defective car, despite it being labeled a “certified pre-owned” vehicle on the lot.
MOUNDSVILLE – A Marshall County woman is suing the hospital where she worked and two physicians, claiming she was dismissed after trying to help a cardiac patient who had complained about his treatment.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Forty-three senators have filed an amicus brief in the Supreme Court case challenging the Obama Administration’s immigration executive actions in support of an action by a majority of the nation’s governors and attorneys general of the states.
WHEELING — An Ohio County certified nursing assistant is appealing the state health department’s decision to suspend her after a complaint of alleged patient abuse.
MOUNDSVILLE – A Marshall County couple is suing four utility companies, alleging the defendants are disputing their ownership of the oil and gas taken from land they purchased in 1996.
