CHARLESTON – A man is suing Blackhawk Mining after he claims his employment was wrongfully terminated and he was replaced with a significantly younger employee.
HUNTINGTON – Jill Francisco recently was elected to a second term as vice president of the National Association of Legal Assistants/Paralegals (NALA). WINFIELD – The Logan Corporation is suing a Florida man who was president of the company five years, claiming he was unjustly enriched at the corporation’s expense.
