    MORGANTOWN – Thirty individuals are suing a woman in their neighborhood for having a chicken coop on her property that they claim is a nuisance. The plaintiffs all own property in the Hopecrest Addition in Morgantown and Tracey Lea Frisch also owns property in the subdivision along with her husband, according to a complaint filed in Monongalia Circuit Court.     MORGANTOWN – A Morgantown man is suing West Virginia University Board of Governors after he claims he was forced to work in unsafe conditions that caused him injury. On Oct. 2, 2013, WVU Board of Governors caused Christopher Waters to perform work in the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology Workshop where he was using a table saw, according to a complaint filed in Monongalia Circuit Court. Waters claims he was ordered to use the table saw without a guard to cut a piece of Teflon plastic.

    MORGANTOWN – A Morgantown man has filed a lawsuit in an attempt to remove three Morgantown City Council members and the mayor from their positions.     HUNTINGTON – Walmart seeks to dismiss a Putnam County woman’s complaint in which she blames the retailer for having her Achilles’ tendon sliced while shopping for back-to-school supplies.     WHEELING – A German pharmaceutical company has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Morgantown-based Mylan Pharmaceuticals.     CHARLESTON – The administrator of a deceased Monongalia County woman’s estate has asked a state court to determine who is her surviving beneficiary.
