WHEELING — A woman holding power of attorney is suing Guardian Elder Care LLC, Peterson Health Care and Rehabilitation Hospital and Diane Miller, healthcare facilities and an operator, citing alleged abuse and negligence.
MORGANTOWN – Two women who have power of attorney are suing Worthington Nursing & Rehabilitation Center after they claim their family member was injured during her stay with the center. WINFIELD – Mountaineer 4x4 Unlimited is suing City National Bank after it claims it was negligent in allowing someone to defraud the company out of nearly $500,000.
